Warranty

Warranty Duration: This product is warranted to the original consumer purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage: the product is warranted against the manufacturer’s defective material or workmanship. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use or misuse, neglect, improper service, commercial use, or repairs by unauthorized personnel — or if the unit has been altered or modified, or the serial number removed, altered, defaced, or rendered illegible.

Warranty Disclaimers: this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and no representative or person is authorized to assume for ÉCRU WORKS LLC any other liability in connection with the sale of our products, including any theory of tort, contract, or commercial law.

Warranty Performance: during the one-year warranty period, a product with a defect will be either repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable model when the product is returned to us at 3 Court Sq, Long Island City, NY 11101. The repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the balance of the one-year warranty period.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time: orders are typically delivered within 5–9 business days.

Carriers: we use UPS and USPS for shipping to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Costs: shipping costs are included in the total price of your order.

Return Policy

Customer Responsibility: returns must be initiated and paid for by the customer. Email support@decarboxylator.shop with your order ID to start one, and ensure the returned items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Payment Methods

Cards & checkout: we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, buy-now-pay-later options, bank transfers, and popular cryptocurrencies. Checkout is hosted securely by our payment processor, Whop, and payment is captured when you place your order. Card details never touch our servers.
