New Family Journey

We’re Stefan and Christina — partners in life and in the kitchen. Stefan grew up in Newark, where his mom’s cooking always brought the family together. Christina, with her background as a chef, loves creating meals that feel like home.

When we started cooking with cannabis, we wanted to make it easier and more approachable. That’s how écru came to be — blending our family’s traditions with a new way of cooking. It’s our way of keeping the spirit of good food alive while exploring something new.
