Refund Policy

You may return an unused appliance within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we pay the return shipping and replace or refund it. After 30 days, manufacturing defects are handled under warranty, which repairs or replaces the unit rather than refunding it.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the appliance must be unused and in like-new condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and cords included. To start a return, call us at +1 917-913-5770 and we will walk you through the return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you cover the cost of return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days. There is no restocking fee. Because outbound shipping is free on the Herb Decarboxylator Green 2oz, there is no shipping charge to deduct from that refund; where an order carried a shipping charge, the original outbound shipping is refunded only for returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If your appliance arrives damaged or fails within the first 30 days, contact us and we will arrange a prepaid return. You choose either a replacement unit or a full refund - your call, at our expense.

After the 30-day return window, manufacturing defects are covered by our limited warranty rather than the return process. The warranty remedy is repair or replacement of the defective unit - the warranty does not provide cash refunds. Every ÉCRU appliance carries a standard one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. The Herb Decarboxylator Green 2oz additionally includes an extended warranty that lengthens this coverage to two years. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use; it does not cover damage from misuse, commercial use, unauthorized modification, or ordinary wear.

We cannot accept returns of items damaged through misuse or unauthorized modification, items returned after the 30-day window (these belong to the warranty process described above), or items sent back without a return authorization.
