Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes at this time.

Standard shipping is free on every order of the Herb Decarboxylator Green 2oz, to any US address including Alaska and Hawaii. For the 2 in 1 Decarboxylator & Infuser 3oz, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on the destination.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Standard delivery then typically takes 3-7 business days; shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees - weather and carrier delays can extend them.

We ship with major national carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information for the delivery address or phone number you provided at checkout.

Inspect your package when it arrives. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us at +1 917-913-5770 within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including the cost of any return shipping. Details are in our Refund Policy.
